Yesterday while attending my cousin's wedding one of the guests noticed a beehive in a tree right in the area where we were sitting! It was actually very interesting to look at, but a bit concerning. The owner was made aware of it and hired a beekeeper to remove it (the bees were kept safe and the hive intact) while we were inside eating cake.
Speaking of cake, this wedding had the most interesting wedding cake I have ever seen!
It would not be the personal choice of this girly-girl, but I appreciated the fact that it was so unique and it perfectly suited the couple getting married. Besides, the flavor was red-velvet, which I love!
