Rachel and I were in for a great surprise when we ran into our most beloved first grade teacher, Mrs. J (short for Mrs. Johnston) while celebrating our mom's birthday at the mall.
Of all of our teachers Mrs. J is our definite favorite and who I looked up to and wanted to be like when pursuing my degree in elementary education.
She was my teacher the year my parents divorced and her warm demeanor, caring personality, and love for her students is exactly what I needed.
Seeing her put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!
oh my gosh no way!! dont forget she was my first grade teacher too! haha she looks just like i remember her :)
